We are planning for a joint Field day with the West Island Amateur Radio Club (WIARC). This year's event will be going back to our old location, at Centennial Park in Beaconsfield, Qc.
This year we will be using the callsign VE2ARC, operating two HF (shortwave) stations (Class 2A), along with a satellite / 6m (50Mhz) station, and a Get On The Air station (GOTA) using callsign VE2CWI.
Visitors are welcomed and encouraged.
Setup starts at 8AM (8:00) and on-air activities commence at 2PM (14:00). We run for 24hrs until 2PM (14:00) on Sunday. Help for tear-down on Sunday is always appreciated.
